Listpal Classifieds does not generally own, manufacture, stock, warehouse, sell, package, ship, or deliver the products or services advertised by independent third-party sellers on the platform.
Each seller is independently responsible for the products or services they advertise and for fulfilling any transaction they enter into with a buyer.
2. Role of Listpal
Listpal operates as an online marketplace and marketing platform that facilitates the discovery and connection between buyers and sellers.
Depending on the listing or service, Listpal may provide:

The presence of a product or service on Listpal does not mean that Listpal owns, sells, guarantees, supplies, or endorses that product or service.
3. Independent Sellers

Each seller is responsible for ensuring that their listings contain accurate and up-to-date information, including, where applicable:

- Availability
- Condition
- Product specifications
- Location
- Seller contact information
- Shipping and delivery options
- Applicable delivery charges
- Return and refund terms
- Warranty information
- Any other conditions applicable to the transaction
Buyers should carefully review the information provided by the seller before proceeding with a transaction.
4. Purchasing From a Seller
If you find a product or service on Listpal that you are interested in purchasing, you should contact the seller directly and confirm all important transaction details before making payment or otherwise committing to the purchase.
Depending on the seller, the actual transaction may take place directly between the buyer and seller through a website, telephone, messaging platform, in person, or another communication or payment method provided by the seller.
Listpal is not automatically a party to the transaction between a buyer and an independent seller.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Listpal does not operate a universal shipping or delivery service for products listed by independent sellers.
Shipping and delivery arrangements may differ from one seller to another.
Before purchasing a product, buyers should confirm directly with the relevant seller:

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, warranties, and other after-sales matters are generally handled by the individual seller according to the seller’s applicable terms and policies.

Listpal does not generally provide refunds or accept returns for products sold by independent sellers unless Listpal expressly states otherwise for a particular service or transaction.

When you follow an external link, you are leaving the Listpal platform and accessing a third-party website.
The third party’s website, products, services, policies, shipping arrangements, payment methods, privacy practices, and other terms are controlled by that third party.
Buyers should review the applicable information on the seller’s website before proceeding with a transaction.
11. Payments
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the seller and the type of transaction.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Listpal does not collect or process the purchase price of products sold by independent third-party sellers.
Where Listpal charges users for its own services, such as listing upgrades, featured listings, advertising, or promotional services, those payments are separate from any purchase transaction between a buyer and an independent seller.
12. No Guarantee of Seller Performance
Listpal does not guarantee that:
- A seller will complete a transaction
- A product will remain available
- A product will match its description
- A seller will deliver a product
- A seller will provide a refund
- A seller will honour a warranty
- A seller will meet a stated delivery time
- A buyer and seller will complete a transaction
Users should communicate directly with the relevant seller to clarify any questions before entering into a transaction.
13. Marketplace Safety and Reporting
Listpal aims to maintain a useful, trustworthy, and professional marketplace.
If you believe that a listing is fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, inappropriate, or otherwise violates Listpal’s policies, you can report it to us through our available reporting or contact channels.
We may investigate reported listings and take appropriate action, including removing or suspending listings or accounts where necessary.
