Sellers are responsible for:

- Product condition

- Warranties
- After-sales support
- Compliance with applicable laws
Listpal does not generally guarantee the quality, authenticity, availability, legality, safety, or performance of products or services advertised by independent sellers.
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers should exercise reasonable caution when dealing with sellers.
Before purchasing a product or service, buyers should:

The buyer and seller are responsible for agreeing on the terms of their transaction, including:

When you access an external website, you leave the Listpal platform.

11. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Listpal to:

You grant Listpal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, format, distribute, promote, and otherwise use the submitted content for operating, marketing, improving, and promoting the Listpal platform and its services.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
Listpal may remove content that violates these Terms of Use or applicable policies.

17. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Listpal is not responsible for losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising directly from transactions between independent buyers and sellers.
This includes matters relating to:

- Product authenticity
- Product availability
- Payment between buyer and seller
- Delivery
- Shipping
- Returns
- Refunds
- Warranties
- Seller conduct
- Buyer conduct
- Third-party websites
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
Listpal may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the user:
